3. TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website www.maisontheobaby.com and the purchase of products offered by Maison Theo, owned by Claudia González Torregrosa (Tax ID: 53298052Z).

Capacity to contract

To make a purchase at Maison Theo, the user must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. By completing the purchase process, the user declares that they meet these requirements. Maison Theo assumes no responsibility for purchases made by minors.

Purchase process and formation of the contract

The sales contract is completed at the moment the customer receives the order confirmation email issued by Maison Theo. Receipt of this email constitutes acceptance of the order by Maison Theo. Maison Theo reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error, unforeseen lack of stock, or signs of fraudulent use, in which case the amount paid will be refunded in full.

Prices

All prices published on www.maisontheobaby.com include applicable VAT under current Spanish legislation. The final price includes shipping. Maison Theo reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without this affecting orders already confirmed.

Product availability

Maison Theo operates with limited stock. If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortage, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Maison Theo assumes no additional liability for delays or inability to deliver arising from this circumstance.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption. Maison Theo does not store payment data.

Liability

Maison Theo shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, damages arising from misuse of the product, or damages caused by circumstances beyond Maison Theo's control. Maison Theo's maximum liability to the customer is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

Amendments

Maison Theo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Amendments will take effect from the time they are published on the website. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by current Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, without prejudice to any jurisdiction that may correspond to the consumer under applicable consumer protection regulations.
